I thought about the 60's although a child suffering experienced of tear gas for three days. My little eyes burned for a week with this gaseous substance. My mother applied cold clothes to my eyes repeatedly. Our neighborhood was a mixture of people from many different places those who where middle class lived in the larger houses but we all suffered the same fate. Today was the resolve of America that says yes we have. A cry for joy for it is Character and not the color of the skin. I am going to bed now with big joy in my heart. "Only in America"
